At Yoga Peace & Love, each practice is inspired by a blend of Kripalu Yoga, Vinyasa, and Isabelle’s personal teaching style. Everything we offer is designed to nurture, support, and guide you on your path to healing, growth, and self-discovery. Yoga

My teaching draws from the heart of Kripalu Yoga, focusing on self-awareness and cultivating a deeper connection to your body, mind, spirit and heart. This practice isn’t about perfecting poses—it’s about listening to your body and exploring what arises in each moment. We’ll use breath, movement, and mindfulness to foster nonjudgmental awareness, allowing you to connect with your innate wisdom.

We also flow through Vinyasa-inspired sequences, where breath and movement come together in a rhythm that encourages fluidity, strength, and energy. I guide you through a range of movements, from gentle stretches to more challenging poses, always respecting your body’s limits and encouraging you to find balance in both effort and ease.

Whether we’re practicing on the mat or in the air with Aerial Yoga, my approach is always about meeting you where you are, offering gentleness and care while also encouraging you to explore new boundaries—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This practice invites you to let go of tension, embrace vulnerability, and feel safe in your body, no matter what you’re going through.

Aerial Yoga

Imagine swinging gently in a soft fabric hammock, feeling fully supported as you stretch, strengthen, and release stored tension in ways that gravity doesn’t usually allow. Aerial Yoga with me is not about tricks or acrobatics, it’s a somatic practice designed to help you reconnect with your body, decrystallize blockages, and restore freedom of movement. It’s playful, empowering, and deeply restorative.

The hammock becomes your partner, supporting your body so you can explore new depths of relaxation and release. As you hang, sway, and move through poses, you’ll decompress your spine and joints, especially in areas like the back and hips, offering relief and openness. It’s a practice that encourages trust, surrender, and the freedom to feel weightless.

In these sessions, we use the hammock to gently guide the body into positions that help release physical and emotional blockages. The movement in the air mimics a dance—fluid, gentle, and guided by your breath, allowing you to unlock and release tension from deep within your body. The joy of weightlessness is both liberating and fun, and many students experience pure delight, almost like a child discovering movement for the first time.

Aerial Yoga also invites you to build confidence. There’s something transformative about conquering that initial flutter of fear when your feet leave the ground. In a safe, nurturing environment, you’ll trust your body more and more, moving deeper into your practice. I’ll be right there with you, guiding each step (or swing!). We’ll go at your pace, ensuring that you feel supported and empowered every step of the way.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a transformative practice that helps you tap into the healing power of your breath. In our breathwork sessions, I’ll guide you through various conscious breathing techniques designed to release emotional blockages, calm your nervous system, and revitalize your energy.

As we work together, you'll experience the profound impact breath can have on your body and mind. Breathing deeply helps release stored tension, reduce stress, and clear your mind. For some, it’s an emotional release, sometimes a tear, a sigh, or even laughter, as deeply held feelings come to the surface and are gently released.

Meditation

Meditation is the art of stilling the mind and reconnecting with your true self. In our meditation sessions, we’ll create a safe space for you to find deep inner peace through gentle guidance. Whether through guided visualizations, mindfulness practices, or mantra repetition, meditation invites you to release distractions, and center your attention on the present moment.

Through meditation, you’ll learn to quiet the mental chatter, reduce anxiety, enhance self-awareness and healthy relationships. It’s a practice that fosters clarity, allowing you to gain perspective on your life, your challenges, and your path forward.

Thai Yoga

Bodywork

Thai Yoga Bodywork is all about receiving care. It’s a healing blend of gentle massage, assisted stretching, and energy work. Think of it as yoga meets massage, sculpting you from the inside. Here I guide you through stretches, apply pressure, and help release tension. This practice is deeply nurturing and allows you to completely surrender and let go of physical and emotional stress and discover yourself from another dimension. The combination of breath and gentle pressure promotes deep relaxation, helping you release muscle tension and improve flexibility.

Throughout the session, you’ll experience a profound sense of peace and relief as your body unwinds and your energy begins to flow more freely. Many clients report feeling like they’ve received a restorative yoga session, but with the added benefit of complete relaxation and emotional release. Essential Oils

& AromaTouch

AromaTouch enhances the activity of essential oils by stimulating the body’s meridians and energy zones, balancing body systems, and improving overall well-being.

In our AromaTouch sessions, I apply therapeutic-grade essential oils to your back, feet, and hands, using mindful, healing touch to support your body’s natural processes. The key to this technique is physical touch, which is just as important as the oils themselves. While you can rub essential oils on your skin, the AromaTouch Technique is designed to deepen the healing experience through intentional touch. This type of connection goes beyond just applying oils—it’s about creating a moment of trust and connection that promotes emotional healing and relaxation.

The act of gentle touch has incredible healing power.
