Thai Yoga Bodywork

Enjoy a two-hour private session in my home sanctuary. This deeply restorative treatment blends gentle massage, assisted stretching, and energy work, offering a chance to release tension and restore balance in your heart, body and mind.

Yoga

I offer 1-hour private, semi-private, and group yoga lessons tailored to your level and needs. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, each class is designed to help you connect with your body, reduce stress, and build strength.

Somatic Aerial Yoga

Experience the freedom of 1-hour private, semi-private, or group sessions. In these classes, you’ll use a soft hammock to support your body while stretching, strengthening, and releasing tension in ways that gravity usually prevents. It’s a playful, empowering practice that nourishes both body and soul.

Breathwork

In 1-hour private, semi-private, or group breathwork sessions, you’ll explore the healing power of your breath. Breathwork helps to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and increase clarity, all while helping you connect more deeply with yourself.

AromaTouch Technique

Indulge in a 45-minute to 1-hour session of the AromaTouch Technique, where I apply therapeutic-grade essential oils to your back and feet. This gentle, soothing treatment helps to balance your energy, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.
