At Yoga Peace & Love, I offer intimate, transformative retreats in Nosara, Costa Rica, where you can step away from the demands of everyday life and nourish your body, mind, soul and heart. These retreats are more than a getaway; they’re an opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and others, recharge, and explore your essence.

Whether you join us for a week-long immersive retreat or a customized private retreat for yourself, your partner & you or friends and family, I’ll guide you through a healing experience designed just for you. Every retreat is crafted with intention and heart - your journey is personal, and the space is created to honor your needs and desires.

What to Expect at My Retreats

Every retreat is carefully designed to nourish and empower you. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Two Sessions Per Day
    Each day begins with a morning yoga practice that incorporates both movement and stillness, designed to connect you with your body and help you start the day grounded and present. We will close the day with an evening session, such as restorative yoga, meditation, or breathwork, depending on the focus of the retreat.

  • Essential Oils and Aromatherapy
    Throughout the retreat, I integrate the power of essential oils to enhance your practice. These natural scents help to create a calming atmosphere and promote healing at the emotional and physical levels.

  • Somatic Healing & Massage
    Many retreats feature somatic bodywork such as womb massage, AromaTouch technique, or Thai Yoga Bodywork to support the release of emotional tension and to help restore balance.

  • Breathwork and Meditation
    We will practice restorative breathwork and guided meditations to help release stress, clear emotional blockages, and tap into a state of deep relaxation and clarity.

  • Delicious, Healthy Meals
    Throughout the retreat, you will enjoy nourishing meals prepared by a private chef, designed to fuel your body and nourish your spirit. We cater to all dietary preferences, ensuring you feel energized and supported.

  • Nature and Adventure
    Nosara is a tropical paradise with pristine beaches and lush jungle, providing the perfect backdrop for your retreat experience. Depending on the retreat, activities could include nature hikes, swimming in the ocean, boogie-boarding, or silent meditation walks to help you reconnect with the land and yourself.

  • Private Casitas & Poolside Rooms
    Enjoy direct access to our Salt Water Pool with our Jack & Jill rooms by the pool or enjoy our private casitas.

  • Salt Water Pool & Playful Movement
    Our salt water pool serves as the main communal space where guests naturally gather and connect. Here we enjoy playful activities like rebounding (mini trampoline sessions) for lymphatic drainage and pure joy, adding a fun, different element to your retreat experience.

  • Community & Connection
    One of the most special aspects of the retreat is the connections made. Through group activities such as women's circles, sharing circles, and community events, you'll bond with like-minded souls. We may also have more playful experiences like dancing or poolside activities, allowing for moments of joy and lightness.

  • Bilingual Support
    All sessions and guidance are offered in both French and English, ensuring you feel completely understood and supported in your preferred language throughout your entire retreat experience.


Personalized, Intimate Retreats

In addition to our regular retreats, I also offer private, personalized retreats for individuals or small groups (2-6 people). These can be designed to meet your specific needs—whether you’re looking for a deeper yoga practice, a focus on relaxation, or a combination of healing modalities. You choose the dates, the focus, and the length of your stay. Together, we’ll create a retreat that is fully aligned with your intentions, helping you leave feeling restored, empowered, and connected.

I pour my heart into each retreat. From the moment you arrive, I'm there to greet you with open arms, guiding you every step of the way in both French and English. My family and I moved to Nosara as an expansion into life's beautiful chaos, discovering that within the profound healing found in chaos, there are infinite possibilities. I want you to experience this transformation too—finding your community and embracing the limitless potential that emerges when we lean into life's wild rhythms rather than resist them.

During the retreat, I'll be practicing alongside you, available for one-on-one chats in both French and English, and ensuring you feel safe and cared for at every moment. My intention is to create an intimate sanctuary where every guest feels personally seen and supported, knowing that you are part of something meaningful and transformative.
