The inspiration for this retreat comes from a simple question that has guided my own journey:

Can I feel naked... and safe?

Safe in my body.  

Safe in my heart.  

Safe to laugh.  

Safe to cry.  

Safe to receive.  

Safe to give.  

Safe to be exactly as I am.  

Safe to be witnessed.

Together, we will gently sculpt away the layers that no longer serve us—not to become someone new, but to reveal the woman who has always been there.

Our days will unfold naturally through experiences such as:

It is about cultivating a loving relationship with your body, embracing the wisdom that comes with age, and remembering that true beauty is something we embody—not something we chase.
